Five Breath Practice – By Wendy von Oech

Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Exhale out through your mouth.

Take another deep breath in through your nose.
Exhale out through your mouth.

Take another deep slow breath in.
As you exhale, relax your body.

Breathe in slowly and deeply, noticing your thoughts.
As you breathe out, let go of any fearful or anxious feelings.

As you breathe in, bring your attention to your heart.
You can place your hand on your heart if you wish.
Exhale and relax.

Use this 5 Breath Practice to come back to a calm centered place in your heart,
so you can consciously choose your thoughts, feelings and actions.
