Behnaz K. Shahidi

Behnaz is a Soul Healing Studio Co-founder, spiritual coach and instructor. She started teaching meditation, both to adults and children, over 30 years ago. She has a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from UC Berkeley and her passion is bringing meditation and social emotional learning to children in classrooms.

Margie Suozzo

Soul Healing Studio Co-founder, Margie Suozzo, teaches meditation to adults and children and offers personal, guided meditation and healing sessions to help clients release blocks to their full potential. She has studied with OMnium Method practitioners, Mary Ruth Quinn and Lisa Young, and has trained as an Iyengar Yoga instructor.

Mary Gospe

Mary is a Co-founder and Practitioner at Soul Healing Studio. In addition to teaching meditation classes and offering private self-healing sessions, Mary is a performing singer-songwriter. Her songs are infused with empowering messages and a strong spiritual undercurrent.
